Caffeinated Dreams

July 4th is the 1 year mark since I arrived in Copenhagen. What have I seen since then? A few things, but it seems kind of pathetic!

• No, I haven’t seen that Little Mermaid statue and probably never will.
• No, I haven’t been to the Royal Palace and seen the guards switching in their big furry hats.
• No, I haven’t seen any windmills, god dammit.
• No, I haven’t been to Frederiksborg Castle, but I really really want to! (actually, never been in any of the castles)
• No, I haven’t seen any Lego factory, only the end results in the stores.
• No, I haven’t seen any viking ships though I know where some are.

What HAVE I seen?

• Been inside Rådhuspladsen way too often, go by it at least 4 times a week.
• IKEA!
• Tivoli Gardens, which I want to go to again.
• The Walking Street, never shopped though because we always go at night! >:( Grrr.
• The Round Tower, which is a castle-tower-thing a king made a long time ago to have his horse buggy him up to the top without the need of stairs…
• Some awesome looking churches.

I really need to do a tourist thing and see shit.
