Caffeinated Dreams

Wallpapers are all uploaded, with thumbnails, and all links should work. If some don’t, it doesn’t suprise me. Whatever, I’ll fix any broken link then. I whipped up some fancy header images for the categories, go see! :D The only thing missing is my most recent wallpaper, which is still being made. It is from Honey and Clover, maybe it’ll be done by the end of next week. I’m hitting a low in motivation for it–it’s so tedious…

It’s not really late but I’m extremely tired, and Lance is going to be gone almost all weekend because of a demo party here. So off to bed now that this is finished!

Oh yeah, I even made a new favicon. Woohoo.

I fixed some bugs in the original layout, so now I’m going back to this. The bug was in the header, a MySQL error of some sort that I can’t be bothered to explain. It’s gone–yay!

Knowing me though, it’ll change to something new in a month. :P

I searched so hard at Føtex for candy corn today, so I could happily munch on it for Halloween. NOTHING. There is no candy corn! This is the first Halloween I’ve gone without candy corn.

Otherwise, Wordpress completely fucking sucks at permissions, so Lance went in and fixed all the permission issues. WP seems to like 777, which I’m sure everyone who does anything related to web administration knows is a horrible permission for almost everything. That is all fixed and now pages work!

If it wasn’t wordpress, then it was the plugins I have installed because they all say “chmod 777 plz”, which I knew was bad but otherwise they wouldn’t work. Seems there were server-side issues too, that are all fixed.

So–yay! And Happy Halloween!

I am playing with themes I downloaded, since I am getting frustrated with the current mess I have. It is was a hackjob of equix, and the css barely looked like the original. Now, I did some nasty stuff trying to fix one graphical issue left (the h2 colors) and instead totally broke it. The layout will look mostly the same, just better… hopefully.

So for the rest of the night and possibly into the next few days, I am playing with the layout. I need to stop doing this, caffeinated dreams gets too many facelifts. I swear it is spoiled.
