Most bars in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv don't even stock it -- you really have to know where to go. I try to stock up whenever I travel in or out of the country. Now they make "Y Green" -- an anise flavored version. Having just tried it, I would say it's the poor (weak) man's version. I still would prefer Y Chili classic. Anyway, enjoy the drink that has been known to make grown men cry! And try eating the chili pepper at the bottom of the bottle.
