Zee salt! Zee plows! Zey do nutzing!
Published by Jen December 29th, 2005 in Uncategorized, Ego Tags: Ego.The first real snow of the year, and the city of Copenhagen has salted the sidewalks and roads about 5 times in the past 2 days, it failed. They tried plowing this afternoon, it failed.
Right now, at 8pm, they went by with the salt trucks again. It’s just making it worse. It was a chore walking back from the grocery in 2 feet of piles of snow from the plows along the streets and mushy black crap in the crosswalks.
I haven’t been in snow in 2 years, so I’m really enjoying the weather. :)
BTW there are sidewalks that stick out in the road (where the bikes are), you just can’t see them.
All of those cars look like toys
Of course they’re european cars, they look like toys even without the snow.
